An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small, but enthusiastic Food & Beverage team, and help further develop a first rate experience for visitors to our iconic heritage attraction in the beautiful Cotswolds. Working closely with our Head Chef you will be responsible for the daytime running of our Castle Kitchen Restaurant, and the catering operation for weddings and other functions. You will lead the catering team in optimising customer service and experience, and achieving F&B KPI’s.
We are looking for someone with significant catering management experience in a similar environment – preferably in the leisure/attraction sector. You will have a proven track record of delivery in creating quality customer experiences, raising standards and focusing on commercial targets – preferably across both restaurants and functions. Above all, you will have the personality and skills to inspire and lead a team. You must have the flexibility to work weekends and some evenings. You will also need access to your own transport due to our location.
