We are looking for someone to assist our team in the delivery of a high quality and visitor focussed retail and admissions experience at our iconic heritage attraction in the beautiful Cotswolds. You will assist in the day-to-day running of our Visitor Centre to include working within the retail, admissions and membership areas.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service experience who has worked in a similar environment. You will have cash handling experience and the personality and skills to exceed visitors’ expectations in delivering a warm welcome to our visitors whilst actively seeking to meet commercial targets. You must have the flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays and occasionally some evenings. You will also need to be local or have access to your own transport due to our location.
