Launched in July 2025 just in time for the summer holidays, our Annual Pass offers unlimited visits during the open season and the chance to experience Sudeley at your leisure.
Whether you’re exploring Sudeley's enchanting gardens, discovering the castle's fascinating history or enjoying family activities, an Annual Pass gives you the freedom to visit as often as you like throughout the open season.
We also offer a local residents' discount - exclusively for GL54 residents - with special rates of 50% off full Annual Pass fees.

How to apply
To apply for an Annual Pass in person, you will need to visit the admission desk located in the Visitor Centre during working hours (10am-5pm).
You will need to provide personal details needed for registration, have your photograph taken and make the required payment.
Your pass will be available for immediate use.
Please note there is no online purchasing facility at this point. All Annual Pass applications must be made in person at our Visitor Centre.
Local residents next steps:
- On the understanding that you live within the GL54 postcode, please bring proof of your address (such as a utility bill) and a form of ID (such as a driving license) to the Visitor Centre at Sudeley on the day of your choice.
- Let our team know that you're a local resident and that you'd like to purchase an Annual Pass at the local residents' discounted rate – proof of address plus ID will be required.
- Full payment will be taken at the Visitor Centre where your details and photograph will be taken. Please note if purchashing a Joint or Family Annual Pass that all prospective pass holders must be present as photographic ID is required.
- Take your Annual Pass and enjoy visiting!

- This offer is valid for local residents living within the GL54 postcode area stated.
- This offer is limited to members of the household only.
- Passes are non-transferable, cannot be sold and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Proof of address and identification will be required at the time of purchase.
- The local residents' discounted rate cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion or special offer.
Additional Information
An Annual Pass gives unlimited entry during our open season and is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It excludes ticketed events including Spectacle of Light. Sudeley Castle & Gardens is open daily from 14 March to 1 November 2026 (inclusive).
Planned Closures | Sudeley is closed to visitors (castle and grounds closed for general admission) for the duration of the Fantasy Forest festival 17th-20th July 2026. Further closures include 20th June, 25th & 26th July and 8th August 2026. Please check our opening dates and times before your visit.
Only the named individual(s) listed at the time of purchase are able to use an Annual Pass. Passholders may be asked to show proof of identity on arrival. For the purposes of identification, a photograph of adult passholders is registered on the Annual Pass account. Photos are captured at the admission desk inside the Visitor Centre.
