Sudeley Castle & Gardens are seeking a Barista to join our small yet busy catering team. In this public-facing role, you will help support the smooth running of catering operations across the castle grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft great‑tasting coffee and drinks, welcoming every visitor with a friendly, upbeat approach.
- Take orders and payments confidently and accurately, keeping service smooth and relaxed.
- Keep the coffee area looking its best - clean, tidy, and well cared for, with equipment in good working order.
- Be a supportive team player, helping with stock, sharing skills, and stepping up to support the Catering Manager when needed.
This is a full-time seasonal contract of 40 hours per week from 14th March to 1st November 2026 with flexibility to cover weekends and holidays and offers an hourly rate of £14.00. 28 days paid holiday per annum pro rata including bank holidays.
