Easter at Sudeley

Spend time with nature this Easter holiday.

Learn more about our native birdlife this Easter at Sudeley Castle with our ‘NestFest’ Egg Hunt! Collect the NestFest sticker sheet when you arrive then explore the castle gardens to find 6 giant eggs and the birds they belong to! Match the eggs with the nests as you go, and don’t forget to collect your Easter treat when you’ve finished.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays find your creative side and join in the nature-based crafting fun with the wonderful Dig & Delve. From bird feeder making to wood cookie ‘baking,’ there will be something for all ages.

It’s not just about birds, discover more about other egg-laying species and how to help them with the Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust.

Don’t forget to run wild in the adventure playground, explore the Lost in the Willows maze and discover an array of colourful spring flowers in the historic castle gardens.

Throughout the Easter school holidays (come rain or shine!) we will be having a BBQ in our fabulous new Pavilion garden. Pop by to sample the menu created by our new Head Chef and supplied by our local butcher, Vale and Hills, just 2 minutes away.

Filled rolls and hot snacks, and a selection of traditional cakes, teas, and coffee are also available.

Undercover seating also available if needed. We are currently open from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. The Pavilion at Sudeley is wheelchair accessible, dog friendly and free to enter without an admission ticket.
