Sudeley Castle & Gardens are looking for a VIP Host to collaborate with the Chief Executive in planning and hosting a tailored programme of VIP events for high-end guests, providing an exceptional level of service at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high‑value client accounts, building trusted relationships with luxury tour operators, travel planners, and private clients.
- Deliver bespoke experiences from initial planning through to on‑the‑day coordination, guest hosting, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams - including Guides, Catering, Administration, Housekeeping, and the Private Household - ensuring clear and effective communication throughout.
Please note, this role is offered on a seasonal contract, requiring the successful candidate to complete 300 hours between March and November 2026. The hourly rate for this position is £14.50.
