Walks With Hawks falconry experience at Sudeley Castle & Gardens

From Monday to Friday during May Half Term week, visitors can take part in a hands-on falconry experience with the award-winning Walks With Hawks, set on the private North Lawn at Sudeley Castle.

These immersive small-group sessions (10 people maximum) offer a unique opportunity to get up close with birds of prey in a stunning historic setting.

There are three daily sessions available costing £15 per person in addition to standard admission tickets for Sudeley Castle & Gardens (this also includes for Historic Houses members and Annual Passholders) and please note children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Initially, only morning sessions will be available to book. Afternoon sessions will be opened based on demand once morning sessions fill. All guests must pre-book online; full terms and conditions can be found below.

Walks With Hawks Terms and Conditions

  • All our experiences and events are covered by full public liability insurance a copy of which can be sent on request.
  • Our activities are weather dependant. Therefore Walks With Hawks reserve the right to reschedule due to poor conditions, and will reschedule as soon as possible on a convenient date for both parties.
    We reserve the right to postpone activities due to the welfare of the birds.
  • Failure to turn up on the day for a booked experience will invalidate your booking.
  • It is your responsibility to turn up promptly at your pre arranged time.
  • Experiences may start without you should you fail to do so as there other guests booked on.
  • Experiences maybe shortened in length should you fail to turn up at the pre arranged time.
  • This you will appreciate is due to other comitments.
  • Experiences may also be shortened due to numbers booked on, times quoted are for full sessions of 4-6 persons.
  • For the purpose of our experiences any guest over the age of 17 years will be deemed an adult.
  • Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn.
  • We will provide protective equipment needed to handle our birds.
  • A health and safety brief will be given on the day.
  • It will be your own responsibility to adhere to the instructions given and in the unlikely event of an accident, Walks With Hawks or Sudeley Castle will not be held accountable for any injury sustained during your visit.
  • Walks With Hawks will not be responsible for any loss or damage to guests personal possessions.
  • Strictly no dogs or other animals.
